The Environment Club - The environment club meets one day a week to talk about our school environment and make plans. Club members do tasks around the school such as gardening, mulching, composting and rubbish removal, usually during their lunchtime.
Meeting days are decided at the beginning of each year. We raise money through competitions and cake stalls held.
Usually there is an environment group conducted during interest groups, when P.S.S.A sport is held.
The school has links with Dubbo City Council and gets involved with community projects like planting trees and
improving the river bank areas near our school.
The school belongs to S.C.R.A.P. and recycle all paper and cardboard waste which is collected in big white bags in each classroom on both school sites. Cardboard waste is left in wool bales near the canteen on the Primary site.
